Digital Products
When purchasing digital teaching resources, the link to download your purchases will be automatically emailed to you, or you can download directly from the checkout page once payment had been made. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly in order to receive your download links as quickly as possible. If you do not receive your email containing the download links, please check your junk folder.
Shipping
All physical items are stocked and posted from Australia using Australia Post.
Shipping costs start from $1.20 (for single greeting cards) and these do not have tracking unless requested (extra charges will apply). All other orders are posted with tracking and the tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
You can find your exact shipping costs in your cart and at checkout. Most orders can be posted out at $10 or less, but some larger orders do cost a little bit more. The maximum shipping cost is $17 (for bulky orders).
All orders will be posted within 2 business days.
